Metaville Labs Inc. Announces Letter of Intent for Business Combination with Delta Zap Inc.

Metaville Labs Inc. is pleased to announce that it has entered into a letter of intent dated May 11, 2026 with Delta Zap Inc. in respect of a proposed business combination transaction pursuant to which Metaville would acquire all of the issued and outstanding equity securities of Delta Zap.
